The Christian, Jewish, Islamic Neo-Conservative Alliance

For those of you unfamiliar with the nefarious history of United States politics, allow me to reintroduce the Iran-Contra Affair.  During the final year of President Jimmy Carter (a Democrat) first term in office, the United States embassy in Iran was taken over by Neo-Conservative Islamist who now run the Iranian government.  Beginning on November 4, 1979 and ending on January 20, 1981.  The hostages were released the day President Ronald Reagan (a patriarch of Neo-Conservative Republican's) was sworn into office.

On first thought, some might say the presence of a staunch conservative would make sense in handling foreign policy.  President Reagen ran against former President Gerald Ford, beating him in the 1976 Republican primary criticizing Ford for not being militaristic enough.  A cruel dose of historic irony, it was an old school conservative (one might refer to him as a moderate) President Dwight D. Eisenhower, who warned of the great threat to American democracy with the growing presence of the U.S. Military Industrial Complex. This thought held much sway during the Reagen presidency, until the Iran-Contra scandal was uncovered.  Essentially, the Reagan administration committed an act of treason by selling an immense amount of arms to the very same Iranian government which had invaded the U.S Embassy in 1979.  This seditious act was brought before the American public and the U.S. congress.  In the end, scape goats were blamed and the Reagen administration was merely rebuked.  The language of the conviction only stated that members of the Executive Staff facilitated the trade of arms for hostages and later cash, through Israel and onto Iran.

During the Reagan administration, the Executive branch assisted both Iraq and Iran with weapons and training during the Iran-Iraq war which ran from 1980-1989.  President George H.W. Bush (Vice President at the time) was credited with handling the entire special operations training of the Iraq army, the same army he would send U.S. troops to fight during his administration and the same army which would take thousands of U.S. troops lives during the second War in Iraq.  President George W. Bush would finish what his father was unable to start, only after he ignored dozens of C.I.A. warnings that Al-Qaeda was preparing a large scale attack on U.S. soil.  Remember, Bush the Second accused Saddam of assisting Al-Qaeda, as rational for the Second Iraq War.

This is a very relevant point in history because it shows how conservative's throughout the world will conspire to overthrow Democracy, even in the United States of America.  We now see the Arab and Muslim world filled with anger as a Neo-Conservative video circulates, which was meant to insight rage by slandering the Patriarch of the Muslim faith.  This is the world we live in, when the Republican presidential candidates can refer to our current President as being weak on foreign policy; at the same time he can count on full support from the U.S. Christian Right, which is becoming evident that they are responsible for the financing and promotion of the volatile video. 

As Romney continues his bid for President, never forget that he runs with the same pack of Neo-Conservative which consistently undermine U.S. Foreign policy and in  turn attempt to stymie the U.S. Democratic process at home.  We must change the way the world views the United States, not by declaring Russia our biggest enemy and Iran out greatest threat, as Romney loves to do.  Rather we must continue to follow the wisdom of our beloved President Barack Obama in his attempt to build the Middle Class at home and through out the world in promoting Health Care, Education and most importantly Peace.

What Hegel means by this is that we must not, when speaking about different aspects of national life, for example, be satisfied simply to point out their reciprocity, but must search for an explanation in something new, something “higher,” i.e., something which conditions both their very existence as well as the possibility of their acting and reacting upon one another. It Is Time To Take A Stand For Change

American Crossroads and Crossroad GPS, the infamous Karl Rove's Super PAC has begun to step up its assault on the President and in turn our Nation. The commercial plays out on a tablet PC, a rather subtle promotion of technology to give the appearance of a cutting edge manner. Most of the clips used in the campaign add are from 2008 during the Presidents election run. These liberal policies that President Obama championed during his campaign have been stymied at every turn by a fundamentalist Conservative Republican mentality. Karl Rove begins by attacking President Obama for wishing to assist millions of homeowners at risk of losing their domicile. The add then notes how 1/5 homeowners are still "under water" refusing to elaborate on how the Republican dominated house struck down two initiatives by the President to assist American homeowners. The first was the Home Affordable Refinance Program in July of 2010 with assisted several hundred thousand American's refinance their homes. By December the Republicans, bitter at the President's success, repealed the law declaring it a waste of time. Naturally any program which prevents multinational investment companies from liquidating working American homes would be a thorn in the side of the elitist Republican and Tea parties.

President Obama learned very quickly the nature of his opponents whose only desire to maintain a status quo steeped in the economic theory of the Trickle Down Effect. January of this year, the President announced another attempt at assisting the millions of Americans fighting to keep their homes. President Obama's plan is to address the heart of the problem for millions of borrowers, they owe more on their mortgage than their home is worth. Republicans salivate at this notion, because for a party of "personal responsibility" and individualism, this is an opportunity to pounce and take from those who are literally less FORTUNEate. The President is not recommending a complete amnesty of all overdue mortgages; on the contrary, he simply wishes to amend the system of predatory lending which has allowed working class individuals to fall prey to multinational investment companies.  The restructuring of the homeowners original mortgage may come at a loss to the banks, but this should be a penalty absorbed for inflating a market that has become the backbone of the American way of life.

Karl Rove's Crossroad GPS's then claims the President in his 2008 campaign, promised not to raise taxes for citizens who earn less than $250,000 a year.  This is followed by an assessment of "Obamacare" which conservatives refer to the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act as, in which numbers from the Heritage Foundation are used to claim the President implemented 18 different taxes.  The Heritage Foundation is a neo-conservative think tank in the pocket of Republican and Tea Party advocates.  The alleged 18 different taxes are really just the reshuffling of finances in order to pay for the PPACA.  Most of the taxes would only affect insurance companies and those citizens who earn $250,000 a year or more.  Rove even claims that the mandate which requires every citizen to receive health insurance, is a tax which would amount to hundreds of dollars a year for those who are negligent. The mandate has been the most controversial portion of the act despite its conservative origins.  It is the Republican or moral majority which stresses the need for all citizens to spend their capital on car insurance or their children's education.  This is the same party of Ron Paul who said the uninsured should die.  Let us also remember the Republican's were willing to end our historic Democratic process in order to defend the wealthy from receiving any tax increase.

It ends with a clip from the President's first days in office when he promised to cut the deficit in half by the end of his first time.  Since he made the remark, the Republican and Tea Party have taken every opportunity to discredit President Obama's reputation and ignore every policy or initiative he has championed.  People speak these days of a partisan political establishment in which the politics of ugly dominates.  The sad truth is that President Obama has done everything in his power to remain a middle of the road president alongside the likes of Reagen, Bush I and II and Nixon.  If we truly desire a nation which leads the world into the 21st century, we must throw full support behind the president and his party during the upcoming elections.

When President Bill Clinton says Romney would be "calamitous" for the US, you can bet the house, their is some substance to the accusation. For all President Clinton's moral indiscretions, he was a savvy politician and a shrewd business man. Under his leadership, the United States entered the Digital Age with tenacity. His Presidency can at best be described as a moderate era in politics, where Homosexuals were denied equal rights, the poor were kicked of welfare by the hundreds of thousands and corporations experienced exponential growth. President Obama has followed this moderate approach as the next generation of Democratic leadership, his track record so far has been in line even with his predecessor, President George "Ol' Warhawk II" Bush. The Republican party appears to be working against itself as Romney pushes his "Woman's Propaganda" on the electorate, his party continues to slander any notion of gender equality.

A bill proposed by the Democrats would have made it easier for women to pursue legal action against wage discrimination in the work force. The idea behind the law is to guarantee women have the same employment protection as their male counterparts. The legislation would have been a success on several fronts; as an employee the piece of mind knowing you are being treated at a fair market value at your position will only increase production.  Moreover, the system of misogyny that the United States General Accounting Office observed in 2001, is the same reported by the United States Census Bureau on June Fourth.  It would seem the only way the United States political establishment would be willing to listen to any argument in favor of pushing for gender equality within our Constitution, would be if Christ himself were to stump for the cause during the next mid-term election cycle.

Mitt Romney is a Golden Child of the corporate financed mentality that women are not suited for a man's business.  This is the very same perception which has stymied the Obama Administration's attempt to alleviate another strain on our nations economy, student loan debt.  In 2009, one of the Administration's first initiatives was to promote a restructuring of the student loan system and regulating the practice of predatory lending towards students.  Once again we have a situation where the President makes a legitimate attempt towards strengthening the confidence of our nation's workforce, creating innovate policies for the future and Republicans can only play the partisan role.  The irony is that President Obama's most recent plan would lower interest rates students must pay on loans, which the Republican adametily oppose while advocating the continual reduction of interest rates for corporations and wealthy tax payers.

American Children Trained To Be Criminals

The late 1990’s and well into the new millennium, a series of high profile incidents in which youth brought weapons to school with murderous intentions has had a lasting impact on how the United States perceives the criminal actions of it’s children.  A view developed within the public that “youth offenders are qualitatively different from previous generations in the viciousness of their crimes (Hoge, Pg. 15).”  In fact most state’s moved to simply begin trying children as adults in order to alleviate the public image of violent, murderous children overplayed and stereotyped by the media.  

                According to the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention, beginning in 1992 until the end of the decade, 48 states and the District of Columbia overhauled their respective legal system’s to allow the prosecution of children as adults (Statutes).  In fact, only Nebraska and Wyoming chose to keep their juvenile courts in their original form.   As of 2007, over twenty states had laws which children as young as fourteen may be eligible for the Adult Criminal courts.  Colorado, Missouri, and Montana allow for children at the age of twelve; Kansas and Vermont allow for children as young as ten (Statutes.)

The legal term is a judicial waiver, it is the practice of a Juvenile Court justice to pass their duties on to Adult Criminal courts.  Florida is the most notorious state for dumping its children into the Adult Criminal courts.  Florida is one of several states which allows for prosecutors to suggest whether a child should be tried as an adult rather than the court or jury of the defendants peers.  Under Florida’s prosecutorial transfer statutes, the state consistently leads the nation in the incarceration of juveniles in adult penal systems.  In 2000-2001 Florida would send 486 youth to Adult prisons, by 2004-2005 the number would drop to 296 only to spike to 603 in 2008-2009 (Hernandez).  Moreover, a Human Rights Watch/Amnesty International report released in October of 2005 analyzed the trend of “Life Without Parole” sentences for children between the ages of 14-17.   Pennsylvania, Michigan, Louisiana, Florida, Missouri, Illinois each had over one hundred children serving life sentences (Human Rights Watch, Appendix B). Pennsylvania , Louisiana, and Michigan each incarcerated over 300 children on LWP charges, while Florida remained close behind with 273.

                John DiIulio, a professor from Princeton authored a controversial paper titled How to Stop the Coming Crime Wave in 1996.  The essence of the work came to a statement in which DiLulio declares “by the year 2010, there will be 270,000 more juvenile super-predators on the streets than there were in 1990…” (Human Rights Watch, Background.)  Conservative pundits quickly caught onto DiLulio’s hysteria, driving the idea of “super-predators” through the public conscious in order to harden the criminal justice system.  The reality was that violent crime amongst juvenile’s has been steadily decreasing since the 1980’s despite a gradual increase in the disproportionate amount of minorities incarcerated compared to their white counter parts committing the same crime.  Moreover, the number of youth committing homicides in 2002 was comparatively low ranking alongside the year 1976 (Human Rights Watch, Background.)
                Risk factors become the primary goal in isolating and evaluating the child who commits violent crimes.  Issues like peer influence, paternal absence, inadequate educational and public institutions for juvenile’s create a distorted view when attempting to understand why youth commit crimes society generally associates as “adult actions (Hoge, Pg. 34).”  A New Zealand study conducted in 2004 followed 1,000 people over a 30 years period.  The results highlighted youth who are incarcerated earlier were labeled “’life-course persistent’ group who tended to offend more frequently, with greater behavioral diversity, and whose offending last well into adulthood (Hoge, Pg. 38).”  It is no secret that the United States is a capitalist Republic in which the pursuit of profit supersedes most notions of human dignity.  The reality is that we have a national incarceration rate of one person in prison per ninety-nine people.  The ability to segregate portions of our nation’s youth in order to prepare them for a long life behind bars is becoming a booming industry fully financed by the United States taxpayer dollar.

President Black Bush: England... Japan's sending Playstations... Stankonia said they are willing to drop bombs over Baghdad... Rickidy Raw is coming... Afrika Bambaataa and the Zulu Nation.

A memorable quote from the Chapelle Show, the scene is titled "Black Bush" and it aired April 14, 2004. The idea is that sitting president, George W. Bush, had a "gangsta" mentality in his approach to foreign policy. For Black Bush, their is no shame in going to war. Any who oppose his policy are considered ignorant to his master plan and are deliberately misled. Though Chapelle created in the medium of the satire and absurd, his political insight on President Bush's aggressive foreign policy was important. Today, we again find a president in the thorough of criticism for pursuing an aggressive foreign policy. The New York Times recently vilified the president for his mirror image approach to the war on terror. "Mr. Obama is the liberal law professor who campaigned against the Iraq war and torture, and then insisted on approving every new name on an expanding “kill list,” poring over terrorist suspects’ biographies on what one official calls the macabre “baseball cards” of an unconventional war." The article insinuates a near obsession gripping President Obama as he battle our ruthless enemy, Al Qaeda. Downplaying his consistent approach in utilizing violence to neutralize threats as baffling to liberals and confounding to conservatives; a drastically different picture is painted from the traditional war mongering yellow journalism that has plagued the New York Times (see: Thomas Friedman, Iran coverage ).  President Obama has maintained a Republican foreign policy, as far as conservative pundits are concerned, their should be no change of course.  The ritual of politics is a vehement battle for credibility.  To criticize the President for taking a thorough approach towards our nations national security, while championing the sacrifice of more American lives in the event of a war with Iran, is what we should come to expect from elitist media outlets.  The President's opponents are wavering, all the cards must be used in this final push for a new regime in power.

You Know What They Say About Florida...

For those not familiar with the carnival atmosphere that characterizes the state of Florida's Republican dominated government, allow me to introduce the concept of the "voter purge." Rick Scott recently attempted to deny thousands of eligible voters the right to vote in the upcoming presidential election. Some might recall this strategy utilized under Kathrine Harris, the infamous former Secretary of State of Florida. She was the elected official who chose to void thousands of vote's, including those of military personal serving in war, which would later be upheld by the U.S. Supreme Court during the 2001 Presidential election. Governor Scott decided to compile a list of 180,000 voters, all recent immigrants to the United States in order to regulate anyone voting illegally. His first attempt to compare the list with the Department of Homeland Security was rebuffed, naturally for its politically insensitive intentions. His last resort was to compare the list with the Florida Department of Motor Vehicles. Utilizing the D.M.V., he was able to invalidate thousands of Americans who were not required to inform the department of their recent status as United States citizens. It is no coincidence that millions of newly immigrated United States citizens and their children born in this nation, fear the Republican and Tea Party's vehement anti-immigration rhetoric. This tactic of "purge-ing" is fully endorsed by the both the Republican and Tea Party, as the two have unrolled similar measures in the electoral swing states of New Mexico and Colorado.

The Brennan Center for Justice at NYU's School of Law, along with the A.C.L.U., the N.A.A.C.P. and hundreds of other social justice organizations are fighting against these conservative tactics. In Florida, some of the most extreme of the recently enacted Voter Restriction Laws have already been placed on the books. The new valid state issued I.D. requirement will make it extremely difficult for students without a State issued I.D. to vote. Students who attend school out of state and need that states drivers license in order to live, will be forced to undergo the expensive process of receiving a new license for a change to state. Some might even be forced to misrepresent an address in order to vote in time, an absolute form of voter fraud. To label this a conspiracy theory would be to utilize the same form of "mystification" that conservatives utilizes in claiming any form of voter fraud epidemic. In fact, other than striking fear in the hearts of their voting base through homosexual recruitment theories, nothing riles up conservative America more the idea of Democrats stuffing the ballot boxes. The sad truth is that voter fraud at an individual level is almost non existent. The states that have been assessed for the violation find the incident to roughly occur 0.0002% of the time. It is funny because the typical orthodox conservative rhetoric lambasts President Obama for supporting gay marriage during a time when more "pressing matters must be attended to." I suppose this 0.0002% epidemic, is what they are eluding towards.

President Barack Obama leads Mitt Romney in Florida, Ohio and Virginia, according to new polls of the key 2012 swing states, although Obama's advantage has narrowed in recent months. Obama has inched ahead of Romney 48 percent to 44 percent in both Florida and Virginia, according to three new NBC News/Marist polls. In Ohio, the president has a 6-point advantage over Romney, leading his Republican rival 48 percent to 42 percent among registered voters in the state. (The polls have a plus or minus 3 percent margin of error.) Despite the good news, there are signs of danger for the Obama campaign. In March, the same polls found Obama with a 12-point lead over Romney in Ohio and a 17-point lead in Virginia. In January, the poll had Obama besting Romney by 8 points in Florida. Yet Obama and Romney are statistically tied in all three states when it comes to the question of which candidate would best handle the economy. A plurality of voters in these states believe Romney is the best candidate to handle the national debt. While Romney's numbers are on the rebound, the polls found one key hurdle for the presumptive Republican nominee: His favorability numbers continue to lag behind Obama's. In Ohio and Virginia, Obama holds a 10-point advantage or more over Romney when it comes to the percentage of voters who hold a "favorable" impression of the candidate. In Florida, the margin is narrower, but voters are still statistically split on how they view Romney: 45 percent hold a favorable view, compared to 43 percent who hold an unfavorable one.

Friend: I don't think we disagree on where we want this country to go i think its on the path we take. This video has no political affiliation. It has many parts but I ask that you please watch a few of them to help you better understand my point of view. The greatest leaps in achievements in the history of mankind happened in America before 1913 under the rule of our constitution. There was no inflation during that time. People kept what they earned which inspired them to work. What is wrong with that model?

 

Obamas2012.blogspot.com: First off he is absolutely wrong about existentialism, it is a philosophy that necessitates action only in the present. Whereas traditional Western philosophy, which he prescribes too obviously in his continual reference that everything is simply the result of cause and effect. He wishes to present arguments in absolutes to crowd the issue and force partisanship. There can be no compromise. This logic of simplification allows him to always work within the logic of what he deems to be an acceptable cause. He really drives this logical paradigm with his condescending remarks towards a college education. Inflation as he notes supplies more money. Yet he only immediately notes how it displaces the wealth from the rich and gives it to the poor. Once more he is reiterating his logic of oversimplification. The creation of an income tax and the establishment of the Federal Reserve put accountability in the hands of the voters who elect politicians to enact the regulations under the new initiatives. Yes, prior to 1913 everything was insanely cheap, but at the same time if you have ever read any Charles Dickens, Stephen Crane or John Steinbeck you can see how the early American capitalistic system run by corporate industrialists and supported by conservative Republican's rarely provided the adequate salary necessary to sustain a family much less one individual. He has the nerve to simplify inflation saying "for you to collect something, you didn't have to do anything. Is this great..... And somebody who does produce something now is stolen from (min 7:00)", Again, attempting to mystify through misinformation and strictly limiting the scope of argument to his biased logic only using a vernacular of generalities, clumping the labor of the lower class who worked in the most despicable conditions in the world prior to 1913, with that of wealthy industrialists and their working class families. So what difference does it make if bread is 10 cents and a house is a thousand dollars when elitist prevent you from moving into their neighborhoods and your corporate back foreman pays your less than 5 cents a day? Why do you think women and children worked sixty hours a week prior to the creation of income tax and the federal reserve for a salary that bought them nothing, barely enough to show up for work at the factory and put in another 12 hour shift in inhumane conditions. He then goes to attack Karl Marx not in logically arguing his opinion, but invalidating him as a person referring to him as a Hollywoodesque character and then oversimplifying his economic theories as "the poor stealing from the rich." All the while he plays the Hollywoodesque role of the fool, to mislead the audience. A happy go lucky, reluctant character lectures about a very real and dangerous threat to the Civil Rights for not just gays, women or African Americans, but for all working class citizens of the United States. Behind his soft demeanor he jabs at the very academic institutions that he uses to validate his own ideas (min. 9:53), this is another lie which allows him to appear as a knowledgeable "sage" source. Despite the fact that he wants the audience to avoid academics because he knows best and they need not bother themselves with its corrupt nature. He does not educate, he brain washes with his showmanship. I am glad you showed this video to me, I can really see where Ron Paul gets much of his political mannerisms. Speaking grand ideas, but always cowering behind the microphone as his Republican rivals blast their persona's. Truly the allegorical snake in the grass.

Friend: Believe me, I can tell this guy is bias and has an ulterior motive. but what he says in video 3 makes a lot of sense to me. I would really like to hear your opinion on videos 2-3 or 4. This guy has no connection to Ron Paul.

First off the guy has the balls to wonder why we had no inflation, when everything was produced during the years of 1776-1913 with slave and indentured labor. Not once does he mention the enslavement of people or the perpetual bondage of indentured servitude, it is cost benefits in running an economy for hundreds of years. He withholds the historical truth that from 1776-1781 we were under the Article of Confederation, and each state produced its own currency which almost destroyed our young economy. This is all before he manages to condense 2900 years of human civilization (citing the Garden of Eden as our origin, min 3:16) between Moses preaching to the Midonites and Paul Revere riding his horse, to signal the Red Coats arrival. This is the "mystification" that I spoke of earlier. Using Reductionist logic, stating that a light in a primitive lantern from the Bronze Age is the same as a lantern used in the early stages of the Industrial Revolution.
